It's easy... go the the contact page or click here. There you will find a box with areas for your contact information. Fill in as much information as possible; BUT, most importantly, enter links to websites, MySpace, Facebook, etc... I need to first, hear your music and then see your pictures and/or videos.

This is a BIG website, and some of the links appear to be hidden. Actually they aren't. Scroll down to absolute bottom of the page you are viewing. There you will find direction to every link NOT listed in the top menu bar.
Here's another way: Most pages contain a side menu bar. Most of these links contain sub-menus. Hover your mouse over the topic you want, then click on the sub-topic.
Finally, when you scroll down to absolute bottom, you will see a topic entitled "sitemap". This page contains EVERY page (no sub-pages) resident in jamesranka.com

Although tastes ARE subjective, James Ranka Music has solid standards concerning quality. If your material does not equal what you already see on jamesranka.com, you will not be listed. Sorry to be so direct, but our success is dependent on YOU—the Independent Musician or the Independent Recording Artist.

For decades, big record labels have literally stolen well-deserved money from their recording artists. A new band comes along, the A&R rep hears them and signs them... with a $1,000,000 signing bonus! YES! Uh, NO! 99% of these newly-signed bands were not told this was money the label 'loaned' to them and all of it was to be paid back. So, the label would begin recouping money from record sales and merchandise income. MOST SIGNED BANDS WERE NOT RICH AS THE MEDIA WOULD LEAD ONE TO BELIEVE. In fact, these signed acts were given just enough money to live on through a monthly 'allowance'.

SUBSTITUTE CHURCH MUSICIANS
- Single service (organist only or director only, no separate rehearsal) - $125
- Additional services (organist or director only) not requiring additional preparation, $100
- Single service (organist-director combination, no separate rehearsal), $275
- Additional services (organist-director combination) not requiring additional preparation - $150
- Rehearsal fees range from $100/hour, depending on whether the substitute is organist only, director only, or organist-director combination and the preparation required
- Mileage of 44.5 cents/mile is charged if visits to church for practice, rehearsal, and service exceed 25 miles per round trip
- The charge for contracting singers/instrumentalists is $50/person hired.
WEDDINGS
- Service fees are $297 (service only.)
- Wedding rehearsal with bridal party is $100/hour.
- Additional rehearsals are $150/hour.
- Mileage of 44.5 cents/mile is charged if visits to church for practice, rehearsal, and service exceed 25 miles per round trip.
- The charge for contracting singers/instrumentalists is $50/person hired.
FUNERALS
- Service fees are $150 (service only)
- Rehearsals $50/hour, depending on the difficulty of the music and the participation of choirs, soloists, or instrumentalists.
- Mileage of 44.5 cents/mile is charged if visits to church for practice, rehearsal, and service exceed 25 miles per round trip.
- The charge for contracting singers/instrumentalists is $50/person hired.
